Look no further than Masterpiece Basketball Summer Camps, in partnership with Athletes In Action! Our camps offer a unique combination of basketball training, character development, and expert coaching that will benefit your child both on and off the court. At Masterpiece Basketball Summer Camps, we carefully select our coaches based on their dedication to developing each player into a piece of art. Our lead instructor, Geoff Glasspell, is the founder of Masterpiece Basketball and an alumnus of the University of Regina Cougars, where he played from 1998-2002. Since then, he has worked as a teacher, athletic director, and coach at Regina Christian School. His basketball teams have been extremely successful, being ranked in the top 4 in the province 15/16 years and have won 5 of the last 8 Provincial 3A Championships (6 Overall). Coach Geoff bases his programs on the principles of commitment, integrity, and excellence, and Masterpiece Basketball has been founded on the same principles. Our Gr 5-7 Boys Draft Camps are designed to challenge and develop basketball skills while improving basketball IQ for team play. We prioritize individual skills development, teamwork, and competition. Players will learn skills progressively based on a thoroughly developed curriculum by Coach Geoff. To promote relationship building, athletes will be placed on teams and work with a specific coach for the week. But our camps are not just about basketball. We also challenge our players to work on their character, based on aspects of Masterpiece, such as commitment, integrity, and excellence.
